About the wine
With the powerful Chardonnay 2012 — Franciacorta DOCG Saten, nuances and accents are redefined. Beautiful and fertile landscapes of Lombardy give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Il Mosnel conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this chardonnay with asparagus or fish with herbs.

Tasting note
Pale golden yellow Fine persistent perlage. The nose shows sweet aromas of peach and honeydew melon, followed by vanilla. In the mouth, it is full and spicy, pleasantly scented and harmonious.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, saltwater fish & vegetables.
Vinification
Franciacorta Saten is a sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay. It is aged in stainless steel tanks and in wooden barrels. Stored on the lees for 36 months.
