About the wine
Agricola Romanelli is located in Montefalco, in the heart of Umbria's most important wine-growing region. Here, the Romanelli family cultivates vineyards and olive groves on the San Clemente hill. Wine production focuses on traditional varieties such as Grechetto and Sagrantino.
Tasting note
On the nose, floral and fruity notes reminiscent of lemon and peach. A slight minerality gives it freshness and fullness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with appetizers, fish and vegetable soup.
Vinification
Ageing in steel tanks, then aged in the bottle for at least 2 months.
