Tasting note
Bright straw yellow with lime blossom reflections. Aromas of white flowers, in particular lily of the valley, blended perfectly with lemon and Granny Smith scents, framed by a touch of vanilla. Pleasantly dry, full-bodied, hamonic — an extremely elegant wine!
Culinary recommendation
Served fresh, it is an ideal aperitif wine, also excellent with antipasti, fish trees, seafood, oven-baked fish, grilled white meats, light pasta dishes, risottos and hearty cheeses.
