Tasting note
Velvety-soft, dark garnet red with ruby reflections. Clear and intense scents of vanilla, spices, forest fruits and slightly withered rose petals. Dry, yet supple, full-bodied, velvety and harmonious.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef dishes, pot roasts, game specialities, medium or long-ripened cheeses, excellent meditation wine.
