Rich straw yellow with orange reflections - the nose reveals complex notes of ripe yellow fruits, dried peel of tangerines, oranges and lemons, as well as herbal tones. This “orange wine” also captivates on the palate with great complexity, incredible aromatic density and great structure. The grapes were spontaneously fermented and left on the skins for 14 days. The wine was then aged for 10 months in used large French oak barrels. An additional maturation time in the bottle will definitely do this Chenin Blanc good and bring out more facets. Definitely very versatile, probably also a treat with a cheese platter, for example.
