Tasting note
Impenetrable ruby red - extremely complex nose with spicy notes and elegant, not overripe fruit. An absolute stunner on the palate too and rightly rated by Tim Atkin with an outstanding 95 points. Extremely balanced and harmonious, aristocratic and polished without being kitschy, yet perfectly reflecting the conditions of the cooler vintage. Just great!
