About the wine
With the provocative Merlot 2019 — Finocchiaro Rosso Basilicata IGP, nuances and accents are redefined. The winemaker from the Italian winery Vitis in Vulture masters this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the fertile and blooming landscape of Basilicata. The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you serve this merlot with duck or slightly spicy red meat.

Tasting note
The assemblage of the three grape varieties appears in the glass with an intense red color, a hint of red berry fruits and a strong and velvety taste on the palate. The short barrique storage gives the wine the necessary complexity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meats, traditional cuisine, autumn red meat with game sauces, medium-aged cheeses and generally red meats.
