About the wine
Characterful, intense, aromatic and powerful, just like the finca. It is aged for 12 months in 225 liter American oak barrels with medium roasting. During this time, the wine acquires a sophisticated elegance thanks to the careful handfilling.

Tasting note
Color: Intense ruby red. Aroma: Intense notes of black fruits such as cherries and ripe plums, combined with black pepper and chocolate. Character: Balanced on the palate with mineral notes. Pleasant structure, which accompanies a long-lasting finish.

Goes well with red meats, game dishes, Spanish specialities, mature cheeses.
Vinification
The best grapes are harvested manually, temperature-controlled fermentation, 12-month aging in American barriques, another 24 months in bottle storage.
