Tasting note
Brilliant white gold color On the nose, subtle aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and lightly roasted almonds. On the palate, citrus as well as floral and yeast aromas, framed by distinctive mineral notes. The refreshing acidity perfectly complements the soft texture and the mineral-rich finish is a real treat. An absolute secret tip from Mustiguillo.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light meals, paella, sea fish and aperitif.
Vinification
Vinified in French barriques, then aged in 225 liter barriques on fine yeast for eleven months.
