About the wine
Fiano Minutolo is a separate grape variety and is not the same as Fiano.
Tasting note
Light straw yellow color with greenish reflections. An inviting, wide-ranging bouquet with clear fruit notes. The taste is aromatic and also extremely fruity. An independent white wine, fresh but without sharp acidity, harmonious aftertaste and aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with fish dishes, pasta dishes and seafood.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, after a soft pressing of the grapes, the must is fermented in stainless steel containers.
