About the wine
The Moretti family has been cultivating vines since 1957, but it wasn't until 1998 that the first wine was bottled under their own label.
Tasting note
Crystal clear yellow, floral and citrus notes on the nose, followed by delicate aromas of vanilla and cinnamon. Good structure, fine tannins.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fish soup and fried white meat.
Vinification
Fermentation and maceration at controlled temperature, partly in oval cement tanks and partly in small barrels for around 20 days. The maturation sometimes takes place in small barrels for at least 6 months, refining in bottles for a further 6 months
