About the wine

The term “Evoé! “comes from Greek mythology and is regarded as the call of the Maenads, the female discipleship of Dionysus. The Greek god of wine liked to send this “boozing and grumbling” troupe, according to literature, to the cities ahead to shake their morale before his arrival. The appropriate name for the “immoral”, drinkable wines! Evoè is made from Passerina grapes, very old native vines of the Marche region. Elegant and very balanced wine of straw-yellow color with delicate golden reflections.
