About the wine
Do you already know the powerful Shiraz Estibals Minervois AC born in 2013? If not, it's time! Sunny landscapes of Languedoc-Roussillon give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Domaine Cazes conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This shiraz can be served very well with barbecue or game.

Tasting note
The nose reveals spicy notes of garrigue (thyme, sage, rosemary) and aromas of red fruits. The fruity start, the velvety tannin structure and the consistent aroma reveal an exciting, balanced and delicate sensory impression on the palate. The finish is straight, fruity and has a certain bite.

Goes well with game, cheese platter, lamb, beef
Vinification
One third aged in barrique (French oak) for 12 months, the rest in tanks
