Tasting note
Brilliant golden yellow, wide-ranging and very characteristic bouquet: a light smoky note typical of the grape variety forms the background for the slowly developing aromas, in particular notes of yellow flowers, resin, molasses and beeswax. On the palate, there is a balance between freshness and spice. Soft, persistent, with a good alcohol component. A wine with personality, capable of making daring combinations.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with oysters, egg noodles with butter and white truffles, and a selection of creamy and lubricated soft cheeses.
