About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Cadibon masteres this white wine in the blooming and fertile Friuli countryside. With the delicious Epoca IGP Bianco Venezia Giulia from 2019, you will positively surprise your guests.
Tasting note
Yellow color with greenish reflections, aromatic, complex and persistent scents. The taste is mushy and fragrant.
Culinary recommendation
Very suitable with antipasti and apero.
Vinification
Quick transport of the grapes, harvested and selected by hand, to the cellar, gentle pressing and subsequent clarification of the must at a controlled temperature. Fermentation and aging in barriques for nine months, aging in bottles for around ninety days.
