About the wine
The subtle white wine 2021 — Embruns de Viognier IGP Pays d'Oc is the missing puzzle piece on your wine rack. The winemaker from the French winery Michel Gassier greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Côtes du Rhône countryside. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a dining experience when you serve this Viognier with fondue or potatoes.
Bio
Tasting note
Bright yellow with golden reflections. Aromas of ripe fruit, apricot, peach and candied citrus. Aromatic, balanced and soft with a beautifully integrated acidity. Long and fruity aftertaste.

Vinification
Yield limitation due to breakouts and stinging. Green harvest to optimize grape ripening and health status. Manual harvest with selection of berries. Cold mash fermentation of 24 hours. Static cold deposit in an air-protected tank. Five days of maceration at 18°C. Aging on yeast with regular stirring until Christmas. Finishing, filtration and bottling in March.
