Tasting note
Pale yellow Very fine perlage, rich in finesse on the nose with aromas of peach, white flowers and tropical fruits, extremely seductive, fruity start on the palate, elegant and pure, subtly sparkling, creamy and refreshing on the finish.
Vinification
The Burgundy varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay were used to create a unique basic wine, which matured in the cool cellars of the Saint Pierre Abbey in Môtiers in bottle storage for over 18 months using the traditional sparkling wine method.
