Tasting note
Clear, clean straw yellow. The nose is dominated by bitter almond, green apple, pear and yellow stone fruit. On the palate, the medium acidity combines with fresh apple, pear and mirabelle aromas, as well as fine marzipan notes round off this excellent accompaniment to cheese and light dishes.
