Tasting note
A Quantum Trinity from Quantum Winery is a wine that puts you in a good mood and is fun, as Florian calls it. A cross-section of everything, the best of the rest, so to speak. Mixed set, white wines, red wines, etc. It looks and tastes like a rosé with its fresh notes of lime, pomegranate and some mint. Good minerality and a smoky aftertaste. On the nose, you can see something delicious strawberry and ripe sour cherry aromas.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hot and cold appetizers with olives, saltwater fish and main courses with lots of vegetables in spring and summer.
Vinification
Unfiltered and unembellished, steel tank and wooden barrels, fermented on mash for five days.
