About the wine
A Quantum Mixed Set 2015 — Mixed set of white grapes, vines over sixty years old grown on granite and shell limestone, fermented on the mash for ten days, aged in stainless steel tanks, minimally sulphurized, unembellished & unfiltered.

Tasting note
Enigma Weiss, a light, summery orange wine, smoky on the palate with fresh notes of mint and lemon. On the nose, some great aromas of rhubarb, lemongrass and ginger. Great, peppery aftertaste on the palate. A must for all Quantum lovers.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hot and cold appetizers with olives, saltwater fish and main courses with lots of vegetables in spring and summer.
Vinification
Expanded in stainless steel tanks, unfiltered and unembellished.
