Tasting note
Intense straw yellow color. Fresh bouquet with fruit notes of pear, banana and apricot. On the palate, floral tones of lavender and white flowers with subtle grassy notes reminiscent of wild sage. On the palate, the wine is fresh and easy to enjoy, perfectly balanced. A long, spicy finish, characterized by aromas and minerality.
Vinification
Gentle pressing, fermentation at low temperatures. Ageing on fine yeast, exclusively in stainless steel tanks.
