Tasting note
The prelude to almonds and roasted hazelnuts is transformed into coffee, honey and dried fruit flavors. On the palate, there are very complex notes of caramelized hazelnuts, roasted almonds and toasted bread. Dark juicy figs, candied mango and roasted aromas lead to an extremely long finish.

Vinification
The Moscatel Roxo grape was harvested at the end of September. The wines are fermented with the skin and the addition of brandy stops the alcoholic fermentation prematurely. As a result, the wines have a generous sweetness and an alcohol content of at least 18%.
