Tasting note
Very beautiful, intense purple with purple shimmer. Complex aromas of black berries, cherry jam, licorice and smoke flavors. Full-bodied and smooth, with fruity aromas, a slightly spicy note and a nice minerality. Silky soft tannins Endless elegant finale.
Culinary recommendation
Now until cold cuts, grilled vegetables, saffron risotto, spaghetti, chicken breast, stew, pork roast, grilled meat, tagine, couscous, soft cheese.
