The winemaker from the French winery Château La Cabanne knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. Domaine de COMPOSTELLE — Issu principalement de jeunes vignes qui, après une sélection rigoureuse et très stricte au moment des assemblages, donne un remarquable deuxième cru au nez puissant, marqué par des notes de fruits rouges et de cacao, à l'évolution en bouche veloutée et aux tanins ronds, sans agons ressivity.
