About the wine
Sumptuous on the nose with fresh fruity aromas of dark and red berries, paired with a touch of violet. Balanced on the palate with pleasant freshness, beautiful spicy aromas and a soft texture. The tannins are subtle and the aftertaste is medium long. A wine that is a lot of fun to drink even when drunk young.

Vinification
Maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for approx. 4 days before the grapes are pressed and the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel is completed (approx. 20 days). The wine is transferred to stainless steel tanks until next summer and then bottled without fining or filtration.
