About the wine
Brovia is one of the best Barolo producers in Piedmont and cultivates large individual vineyards such as Villero, Rocche di Castiglione and Garblét Sue. These Nebbiolo plants are characterized by high quality, unique elegance, strong character and great ripening potential.
Tasting note
Beautiful, pure Dolcetto nose with aromas of cherries, dark wild berries, thyme, rosemary, sage, violets and dried flowers. Juicy palate with fine, velvety tannins and a pleasant, full-bodied body. The aftertaste is long-lasting and fresh with a very good drinking flow.

Vinification
After the late harvest, the grapes are fermented in steel tanks at a cool temperature of between seven and eight days. The wine is then aged for approx. 15-18 months at a constant temperature and high humidity in stainless steel tanks before the wine is bottled unfiltered.
