Tasting note
Intense ruby red. Refined on the nose, aromas of cherries, plums, almonds and a bit of smoke. Juicy and meaty on the palate with a fruity, racy and lively structure. Shows fine tannins and a good length. A typical Dolcetto, the kind you love in Piedmont.
Culinary recommendation
An easy companion to antipasti and pasta.
Vinification
The Dolcetto grapes are picked by hand and squeezed immediately. Mash fermentation and aging are carried out in steel tanks. The wine is then left in the bottle for two to three months.
