About the wine
We have a special, strong Cabernet Sauvignon from 2018 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Diadema masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming Tuscan countryside. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Cabernet Sauvignon is excellent with red meat or ribeye steak.
Tasting note
The Diadema Aurum Colatum's refreshing bouquet of fruit compote, spices and tobacco shows aromatic complexity and plenty of pleasure potential. The dominant nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper shape their individual texture. With subdued, pleasantly developed tannins, a strong body and dominant acidity, this fruity red wine presents its flawless structure.
