About the wine
East of Lausanne, the Lavaux vineyards stretch from Pully to Montreux. Here are the classic terraces, which slope steeply down to the lake. The heat from the sun is particularly intense, as it is also reflected back from the lake. It is therefore no wonder that the Chasselas vine produces fiery and full-bodied wines here. The Dézaley is the noblest of them.
Tasting note
A fruity light yellow wine with intense aromas of apple, quince, peach and citrus fruit. On the palate, there are still some exotic fruits and notes of biscuit. The wine is very sparkling and fresh, soft and smooth and delights with a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best at slightly chilled 10°-12°C. Flaschenpöstler tip: Dezaley-Marsens de la Tour Grand cru AOC goes well with terrines, poultry and aperitif.
