About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it is this dominant white wine 2020 — Demimo Verdejo Rueda DO. The winemaker from the Spanish winery Arroyo absolutely masters his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the beautiful and graceful landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this verdejo with fish dishes or vegetable rice.
Tasting note
Light lemon yellow with green reflections. On the nose, aromas of tropical fruits and elegantly integrated green and mineral nuances. On the palate, a crisp, incredibly refreshing acidity and aromas of lemon, mango and a mineral that once again flatters the wine.
