About the wine
Dehesa de los Canónigos is a wonderful, ancient winery in Ribera del Duero. It used to be the farm of the canons of Valladolid. It has now been in the hands of the Sanz Cid winegrowing family for more than a hundred years.

Tasting note
Dark garnet red. A delicate bouquet of black berries, olive tapenade, roasted coffee and dark chocolate. Extremely harmonious on the palate, with aromatic intensity and a smooth texture. A lot of Ribera del Duero for little money!

Vinified in stainless steel tanks, then aged for 15 months in American barriques.
