About the wine
You will definitely enjoy the first-class Das Ende der Fahnenstange, which was produced in 2015. The winemaker from the Dorst und Consorten winery greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside.
Tasting note
Dried fruit, pineapple, brioche - all this and much more can be recognized in this wine in terms of aromas.

Vinification
In order to guarantee optimal grape ripeness, several harvesting cycles are sometimes carried out, where only the grapes that have already reached optimal ripeness are selectively harvested. The grapes are then processed very gently: Fermentation in 500 liters. Tonneau and 225 ltr. Barrique barrels, fermentation time of 3 months using spontaneous yeast, gentle manual filling without filtration.
