About the wine

This Shiraz shows rich, complex characters of fruit marmalade, harmoniously balanced by earthy notes of tobacco, leather and licorice. A rich, powerful wine with soft, integrated tannins that give it a spicy, velvety feel and a long finish. The grapes come from vineyards near the settlement of “Shadmot Dvora”. After 10 days of fermentation, the wine matures for 14 months in French oak barrels. The delightful and sumptuous Shiraz should age elegantly over a few years under suitable conditions and remain in perfect drinking form. Get maximum enjoyment by serving it with heavier meals such as beef goulash, lamb ribs or a cheese platter.
