About the wine
The wine-growing areas of the Israeli winery Dalton Winery extend across the landscapes where the experienced winemaker produces this red wine. Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, duck or with pasta in a creamy sauce.
Vinification
The grapes for this wine are processed in half. The first half is distilled and fermented in concrete tanks using the traditional Pigéage method. The other half undergoes carbonic acid maceration of the whole grapes, also in concrete. After pressing and fermentation, the wines are mixed and aged in old barrels for ten months.
