About the wine

Picturesque and sunny landscapes of the Rhine Valley give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the German winery Kühling-Gillot conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Pinot Noir with cheese or red meat.

Tasting note
Kühling-Gillot Cuvée Rot by Gillot is a dark-spicy red wine with aromas of red forest fruits such as blackberry and cassis, as well as plums and roasted aromas, such as espresso, cocoa, black tea and smoke aromas. On the palate, this wine is full-bodied and soft, with velvety tannins and a good balance between fruit and roasted aromas as well as well-integrated acidity.
Culinary recommendation
The recommended period for enjoying this wine is the following: Now until 2030. Flaschenpöstler tip: Cuvée Rot goes well with duck, red meat and salmon.
