About the wine
With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Swiss winery Grillette Domaine De Cressier masters this red wine in the fertile countryside of Neuchâtel. With the distinctive Merlot 2014 — Cuvee Lauberhorn Rouge Neuchatel VdP, nuances and accents are redefined. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Merlot with slightly spicy red meat or poultry.
Tasting note
Color: bright ruby red, purple hem Aromatics: Lush fruit, blackberries, cassis, cooked plums, delicate hints of spicy-resinous nuances, roasted coffee note, typical of pepperoni, nutty. Body: Silky debut, strong, creamy palate with black-fruit aromas, velvety warming finish. Quality: Extraordinary cuvée, an excellent companion at the table.
