Tasting note
Deep dark red with a black core. Intense, complex nose, blueberries, blackberries, black cherries, nice spice, roasted almonds and dried figs, slightly nutty in the finish. Soft, long drink, present acidity and distinctive astringency, strong, elegant body, seductive palate aromas that end in a lovely finale. A wine full of harmony, balanced and long, with potential, very complex.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef roulade, beef fillet with red wine sauce, stuffed quails and wild fowl.
