About the wine
You can describe the landscape of the Bündner Herrschaft with words such as mountainous or hilly. However, the Swiss winery Cottinelli is trying to express the beauty of its home country with this white wine. We think he succeeded! With the fine Creativity Cuveé AOC GR from 2021, you will positively surprise your friends.
Tasting note
The Creativity is the result of a project between the oenologist and the winemaker from Cottinelli. A Bündner white wine that is made from various varieties in such a way that it is fresh, aromatic and balanced. A passe-partout that is fun, according to the motto: “Creativity means breaking out of fixed patterns in order to look at things in a different way.”
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, salad, cheese and white meat (veal, pork, chicken).
Vinification
The grapes are carefully picked and destemmed by hand. Fermentation and aging take place exclusively in stainless steel tanks.
