About the wine
Very scented and subtle. Yellow fruits (mango, peach, plum, apricot), flowers (violet, iris, acacia), light herbal and spicy notes. In the aftertaste, nutty notes (roasted hazelnuts and almonds).

Tasting note
The Côtes du Rhône AOC, Viognier Les Gemarelles bouquet of honey and roses shows aromatic complexity and a lot of finesse. The subtle notes of mandarin, peach and mango create their individual texture. Medium-bodied and subtle acidity result in the white wine, which shows a lot of character and class in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif pastries and white meats, vegetarian and vegan cuisine. Also ideal with light French cuisine.
Vinification
Pneumatic pressing of the grapes, cold static settling, fermentation in thermo-controlled steel tanks at 15-17°C.
