About the wine
The wine-growing areas of the French winery Domaine Brusset extend across the landscapes of the Côtes du Rhône, where the experienced winemaker produces this red wine. With this dominant Shiraz 2017 — Côtes-du-Rhône AOC Laurent B, the term taste takes on a new meaning. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this Shiraz with game or roasted vegetables.

Tasting note
Ruby red color with aromas of red currants and raspberries. Easy to drink and balanced, with a soft finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with charcuterie, Mediterranean cuisine, pasta and pizza.
Vinification
Blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre, each picked by hand. Each grape variety ferments separately for 10 to 15 days at 26° Celsius, after which the wines are blended. This cuvée is then stored in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
