About the wine
Christmas 2022 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this powerful Shiraz 2020 — Côtes-du-Rhône AC rouge Coudoulet, wooden box! The wine-growing areas of the French WINERY Château de Beaucastel extend over the landscapes of the Côtes du Rhône, where the experienced winemaker produces this red wine. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this shiraz with roasted vegetables or game.

Tasting note
This wine has intense notes of cherries and subtle roasted aromas. The ripe tannins are well integrated and the body looks strong.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, hard cheese and Mediterranean cuisine.
Vinification
A blend of 40% Grenache, 30% Mourvédre, 20% Syrah and 10% Cinsault. Manual harvesting of the individual varieties and selection in the cellar. Maceration in concrete tanks for 12 days, pneumatic pressing, mixing of grape varieties after malolactic fermentation. Aging for 6 months in large oak barrels.
