About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Domaine de la Rectorie greets us with this wine, which he grows in the landscape of the Southwest. Easter 2019 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this dominant Shiraz 2015 — Cote Mer AOC. Flaschenpost team promises a dining experience if you offer this Shiraz with barbecue or roasted vegetables.
Tasting note
Rich ruby red, peppery fruity on the nose. In the mouth, oriental spices with a hint of black cassis berries and a little salt. The vines are from the plots of Banyuls, but the wine is dry without mutage. The grapes were destemmed and macerated for 20 days. The ageing took place in barriqus for 11 months. Despite 15.5% vol., this lager wine looks tasty and very, very elegant >2035+

Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Cote Mer AOC goes well with roasted vegetables, game and barbecue.
