Tasting note
The glass presents a successful Burgundy, which impresses with its intense fruit aromas (strawberry, raspberry, cherry), but also with tart, strict notes reminiscent of forest soil, mushrooms and black tea as well as subtle aging aromas. On the palate, it is characterized by its strong, balanced structure, which is able to prevail in a successful finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with chicken dishes, turkey, cream cheese, sliced chicken, French fries and meat dishes.
Vinification
Aged for 10-12 months in pièce (228 litre French oak barrels)
