Clear lemon yellow — complex nose with notes of various citrus fruits and white stone fruit as well as floral notes of orange blossoms and meadow flowers. On the palate, this pure Palomino impresses with its pleasant mouthfeel, a combination of wonderful freshness, aromatic complexity and an exciting minerality. Once again, there are fruity tones of ripe yellow stone fruit, juicy oranges and ripe melons. The wine was pressed in collaboration with Christa Van Chevallerie.
