Tasting note
A tempting, fresh bouquet with dried red fruits and a hint of vanilla. Particularly full-bodied, fruity and balanced on the palate. The fine tannins allow the wine to mature for several years without any problems.

Unsere Empfehlung: Die ideale Trinktemperatur für den Rotwein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 15°-18°C. Im folgenden Zeitraum liegt die empfohlene Genussphase dieses Weins: 5-8 Jahre. Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Cornalin Barrique du Valais AOC harmoniert ausgezeichnet mit Romanesco, Piccata und leichten Fleischgerichten.
Vinification
The Cornalin grape variety is considered the oldest Valais red wine grape. This Cornaling matures for several months in French barrique barrels before bottling.
