Tasting note
Deep yellow with golden reflections. A fine, regular and persistent perlage. On the nose, a seductive scent of bread crust, orange zest and warm spices. Delicate mousse on the palate. Crisp, fresh, with racy acidity. Green apple and peach aromas. Elegant, refreshing and lasting on the finish.

Vinification
The grapes for this elegant sparkling wine come from carefully selected vineyards in the Trentino region. The vineyards are aerated by the well-known Lake Garda south wind “Ora”.
