About the wine

Beautiful Somontano landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Vinas del Vero conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Chardonnay with poultry or fish with herbs.

Tasting note
A range of fruits is revealed on the nose: ripe apple, peach, mango, melon, quince. Add some elderflowers, subtle rose and acacia scents: The intense bouquet is pleasing. The grapes for this quality level, called collection, come from a single vineyard (Pago Lapiedra). It fully expresses the characteristics of the variety and surprises with a harmony that reveals itself on the palate. The interplay of fruit and body fits and leaves a harmonious impression right down to the lasting finale.

It goes well with amuse bouche, hors d'oeuvre, cold platter, pies, terrines, fish dishes, vegetable dishes, cheese and canapé.
