Tasting note
Pure Grenache from 60-70 year old vines. Profound nose pattern with aromas of red berries, cherries and some orange zest, spicy underlay with notes of dried herbs, undergrowth and some bitter chocolate. Wonderful structure on the palate, with good balance. ONLY 622 BOTTLES PRODUCED!!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Spanish rice pan, suckling pig, and various types of grilled meat.
