About the wine
With this distinctive Grenache 2017 — Clot blanc, the term taste takes on a new meaning. The wine-growing areas of the Spanish winery Sant Josep extend across the landscapes where the experienced winemaker produces this white wine. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this grenache with vegetables or red meat.

Tasting note
The very nice nose shows aromas of peach, flint, apple and currants. The Clot blanc has a characteristic aroma that is strongly reminiscent of the fruity notes of grenache grapes. Very complex, juicy, full-bodied, deeply mineral, gripping elegance and a very long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a variety of starters such as grilled seafood, vegetable dishes or fish dishes. A special tip: fried cod.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully and selectively harvested by hand and then aged in steel tanks.
