About the wine
The Domini de la Cartoixa is located about 2 hours south of Barcelona in the heart of Priorat, the oldest wine-growing region in Spain. The 11-hectare farm is managed according to organic viticulture guidelines. Yields are kept as low as possible, resulting in wines in this barren and rugged mountain area that are almost unbeatable in terms of concentration and intensity.

Tasting note
Very intense cherry red. Full bouquet with aromas of fruit (plums, grapes) and chocolate. Rich, full start, balanced, with a long finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, game dishes, grilled or fried lamb. It can be a bit hearty.
Vinification
The expansion took place in steel tanks.
